Our senior care and rehabilitation community is a remodeled, skilled nursing facility in the heart of Wheaton, Minnesota. Our grounds consist of six acres of manicured gardens, walking paths, and a famous Mallard Duck you may have seen a time or two. Our team is passionate about serving residents’ clinical, rehabilitation, and dietary needs in a way that promotes independence, preserves dignity, and elevates wellness.

We provide long-term care and focused rehabilitation services. Our heartfelt team is guided each day by our core values: hospitality, stewardship, integrity, respect, and humor.
